This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location is fantastic! It's situated right in the center, between two metro stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city and even ordering taxis for us. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a nice hot shower. And to top it all off, breakfast was included and delivered right to our room every morning. It was such a treat to wake up and enjoy a delicious meal without having to leave the hotel.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Loved having the large breakfast delivered to the room each morning. There are a lot of restaurants in the immediate area and the Hermitage and other sights to see are a 20-minute walk away.

The first time there the hotel can be hard to find because it's in a big courtyard. My taxi driver gave up and let me off on the street.

The attentive staff, english was excellent and knowledge of the area for restaurants and local tourism was comforting. The provided breakfast was always on time and a good value.

The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find and not well signed. , the breakfast served in the rooms was basic and lacked any fruits or vegetables.

The walls are very thin so you hear pretty well what the neighbors are up to. The staff is not completely fluent in English.
